"Will not train us to use the devices, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

What do you like best about Motive? They are capable of getting themselves paid. What do you dislike about Motive? We've had 5 different appointments with Motive to train our in-house staff to use the platform properly. Each time, the Motive representative does not show up to the online meeting and does not return our multiple phone calls to reschedule. The ELD devices have been installed in our fleet for 3 months (we've made 3 payments anyway) and to date, not one of our staff members ...

What do you like best about Motive? The Motive provides complete control over your company's safety and compliance with its reliable hardware and software. As an admin, one of the great features I like is the Reports/location history, where I can see the movement of each vehicle and trip's time, exact duration, and location, including coordinates and speed of movement. What do you like best about Motive? When it was keep Trucking, the customer service was outstanding. If I had an issue with an ELD machine they would take care of it right away. I would have a replacement in a couple of days. What do you dislike about Motive? Since they switched to Motive the customer service has been horrible. What do you like best about Motive? System performs well and is very stable. What do you dislike about Motive? Customer service seems to always be middle eastern. Very hard to understand on the rare occasion that I've needed them. You'll get "account review" calls for them to try to upswell your service or buy other products. They call every couple weeks. "A Compentant Service that has Most Everything You Want"

What do you like best about Motive? Motive provides an all-in-one solution for our ELD needs. The ability to track drivers and manage their logs from the web is fantastic. The app is also laid out in a way that makes it easy for our less tech-savvy drives to log their time. What do you dislike about Motive? The reliability of the Vehicle Gateways.
