You need to have a basic customer service to get more than 1 star
You have no way a customer can contact you directly. Your contact message system just says Error, try later if you attempt to message. You do not answer emails. I have two domains with you and cannot get to them. Other than a review of how awful your customer service is (there needs to be service for it to be above 1 star what can I do to get someone to contact me?

The WORST customer service I have ever…
The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Completely unhelpful. The software itself is lacking and I would love to leave if I had the time to rebuild my sites elsewhere.
