Absolutely TERRIBLE

Absolutely TERRIBLE. I had to stop my business for a while and when I came back they had deleted my website, without ANY communication or warning and state it is past the deadline to be able to reinstate it. No way to be able to properly communicate with them. Poor English, no support at all in place. Absolutely disgusted.

Have used this website builder for many years now. Whilst it is basic, it is not complicated to use, and produces quite good websites. Great product for the price.

I am really unhappy I changed to a basic plan last week as I was up for renewal and they have now today automatically charged me in full for a professional plan. Clearly clearly there is something wrong with their automatic renewal system. Be Warned! Also there is no telephone number you can contact them on. I feel like I have been ripped off!!! Very unhappy customer.

It was difficult to decide whether to give a 2 or a 3 star rating for moonfruit. I am a freelance designer and I have been using Moonfruit for years. They're a typical example of a company that has grown too fast for them to keep up the degree of service you've come to expect.The design facility is very good. Sucks worse than Trump

Sucks worse than Trump. OK, maybe not that bad. The tech support is harried (I imagine trying to manage multiple support sessions. The end result, a disjointed conversation on messaging that sucks up a lot of time waiting and leaves you despondent and livid. Pile on top of that a significant language barrier and you have a fine mess called MoonFruit.

no support to speak of, unless youre happy waiting for a week.internal help pages are utterly useless and bare little resemblence to the engine itself.Great if you want to publish a collection of badly laid out pictures of your cat.....No use whatsoever to small businesses. Dont waste your time.

Seemingly incapable of fixing lack of emails through website contact form

Had been reasonably good for several years but really very poor now. Since 12th May I wondered why business was really quiet and then discovered on the 20th that enquiries were not being forwarded by the contact form on my website. Never done this before - but you have to trust me MOONFRUIT ARE ABSOLUTELY CRAP - I was a dedicated customer for 6 years, their web-builder is dated and clunky, shop facility has massive limitations and does not work cross platform... then the icing on the cake, all my clients called me and said my business website on moonfruit was 'not secure' sorry but this should be done as standard these days but not with these cowboys...
