Easy to use, very secure, streamlined payment processing
What do you like best? I like the simplicity of the entire system. Rather than navigating through a website, I can send clients a link to a very simple payment form that I customized. User-friendly software for recurring or one-time payments
What do you like best? Simplicity & ease of use is why I've been a customer for over 4 years. It's integration with Stripe is effortless, and the ability to create new payment forms or plans is as easy as drag & drop. What do you dislike? I utilize a form through MoonClerk to collect info from my customers, and then charge them at the final step. They don't provide an upload function, though, so if my customers need to submit an image to me, then have to email it. I wish an upload ...

What do you like best? I like that I can send a link to someone and can set recurring charges. What do you dislike? I cannot specify to wait to charge until I approve. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Taking automatic payments.

Super easy and cheap
Been using Moonclerk for a few months now, it's everything you want in a web service - super easy to set up and configure, rock solid consistency and accuracy, and great customer support. It was easy to integrate with my Squarespace website. Credit card transactions happen exactly when and how they should, I don't need to do anything but watch the money get deposited in my account each month. moonclerk is way too expensive
moonclerk pricing adjusts based on the amount of money you are earning.... all it is is a simple form (that doesn't even look very good).and they can charge you up to $500 a month (or more!!)You could build an entire website for $500!!!! That is insane.It's a smart business idea.If you need to start taking payments right away, this form might work in a pinch -- but cancel right away because they have hidden fees which they don't tell you about.

Great product, Even better service.
I used this service without flaw for a couple of months. It is simple and easy to use. I made a mistake with my payments and moonclerk took less than 5 mins to respond and help me fix my issue. WOW!

Great Service!
I've been using MoonClerk for the last 6 months for my website and so far so good. I use them for their shopping cart on the front-end of my site and Stripe as the payment processor for the back-end. Not a single problem with either company. I am on MoonClerk's $9 monthly plan, and one month I completely forgot to make a payment. Instead of cutting off my service, they sent me an email letting me know a payment had not been made and to either make a payment soon, or contact them, otherwise ...
