Monitis used to monitor up/down of external facing services
What do you like best? Provides SMS alerts of up/down for externally published applications that serve our customers What do you dislike? Difficult to tune the latency on the applications to be useful. We would receive alerts for a system that was "down" that instead just had high latency. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to be reactive to systems issues that directly affect our customers.
