Monday.com has been an incredible game changer for our business efficiency

What do you like best? The ability to visually see where we are on all projects and to visibly click "complete" has been incredibly helpful. We are able to work collaboratively on projects, manage them in a way that is easy for our team to understand and update, and is easy for our clients to join in on when needed. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's very useful to keep track of everything when working on projects, not to mention that it's very easy to use. I've had some questions and they got answered very quickly, so the support is definitely good. The dashboard is very clean and everything is easy to find. What do you like best? It provides you with basic building blocks to design workflows in the way that you want. Its a skeletal project management system. You can customize it to work best for you once you get the hang of it. What do you dislike? It takes a while to get used to the software. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing projects where 2 or more stakeholders are involved.

The Most Efficient Tool For Once Off Projects

What do you like best? You can templetize the Projects structure (i.e. Event planning) so that next time you can simply open an Event template and begin immediately. What do you dislike? It is a bit expensive for teams of 13-15 people. Especially if you add automations. Recommendations to others considering the product: Start simple and gradually add more and more features.
