Great, easy to learn tool
Monday.com is definitely easy to use. I love that I can onboard new employees super quickly on it. I've never had to reach out to support (which is a great thing in itself), so I can't speak for their customer service quality. But the overall experience is good and I would recommend!

Monday: who else?
The Monday system is user friendly, versatile as it can be used in multiple application's. Case in point this provides a viewing platform for our customer base to view all their orders and the progression of them. Cuts down the need for inbound calls & email responses.

Great, easy to learn tool
Monday.com is definitely easy to use. I love that I can onboard new employees super quickly on it. I've never had to reach out to support (which is a great thing in itself), so I can't speak for their customer service quality. But the overall experience is good and I would recommend!

Great tool, Great experience, Great team
My experience with Monday has been great in 2 distinct ways: One is that it provides the productivity tools that teams need to operate (and report) at scale. Two is that it helps me to think in terms of business workflow and automation. It not only serves as a 'platform' for my processes but also as a 'teaching tool' to show me more efficient ways to get work DONE.
