Not a CRM at all.
If you're after a CRM, don't waste your time with monday.com. It is just a glorified spreadsheet. They claim it to be a great CRM solution, yet it lacks so many fundementals that even a basic hosted CRM should have.Add the pricing to the lack of functionality and its just not work it.If you use a spreadsheet to record your leads and track simply status updates and who is looking after the lead, then this is great for you. They force to pay
I started using it to manage todos and was happy with it.I thought "hey, this is great, and they advertise that the basic plan costs €8/month, so it ok ; if I am happy, I'll pay for it" But after the end of the trial period, I realised that it was written "€8/mo/user , for 5 users minimum" in tiny letters...I got robbed...

I Love monday, it is an awesome CRM!
What do you like best? My company started recently using Monday as our CRM system, and it is amazing how many capabilities you cn customize, we can now track our project management and account management team more efficiently and keep track of our interactions with clients more efficient What do you dislike? The calendar part for task is one of the task I'm not a fan but I think when we migrate and use Monday to also manage our tasks it will be much better. Recommendations to ...

VERY POOR SUPPORT DURING SALE AND CONFLICTING QUOTES
We are a large nonprofit organization and started reviewing collaboration and project flow software about a month ago. We had narrowed it down to Wrike and Monday.com. Overall our leadership team preferred Monday.com due to the simplicity of the design, the price, the library of ready-to-use templates, and what looks to be an easy and intuitive user experience. User friendly project management solution
What do you like best? It's easy to navigate and easy to customize. What do you dislike? I get so many notifications from other users, important ones sometimes get lost. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps me stay on top of my own projects and receive notifications when I have a task that's part of a project our team is working on together.

Made our marketing work much more efficient
What do you like best? Now with everyone working remotely, the ability to track what every team member is doing, comment and review via the Monday boards, has been incredibly helpful. Everything is easy and fun to build and pretty quickly many additional teams in the company started to use it as well. What do you dislike? Monday project management review
What do you like best? I like the color coordination of monday that shows what I have completed and what I still need to get done. What do you dislike? The communication within the site is difficult, and I feel as though it would be a better experience if there was a chat feature included. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am a Creative Director and this helps me coordinate and delegate projects according to what is needed.

Excellent features and numerous way to use
What do you like best? It is especially simple to group related task (and rearrange those groups later) What do you dislike? When adding comments to a task, the date stamp should be editable. Sometimes certain progress will be made on an item and it is forgotten to be logged until a day or two later. Great project management tool
What do you like best? The interface is really nice. I like the team member tagging and communication tools. What do you dislike? I think the notification page can use some improvements. I also think the emails to your inbox showing completed tasks could use some modifications.
