A great starter CRM system for small to medium sized businesses
What do you like best? I love the UI and simplicity of this CRM. It is very easy to use, train users, and execute common tasks that are done on a daily basis in any departments of any company What do you dislike? What do you like best? Monday.com helped us track applicants, track the hiring process, and onboard over 50 employees in two weeks. We built an entirely new onboarding system with checklists to ensure that managers now and in the future hit each onboarding step. Great Project Management for Small Companies!
What do you like best? It's awesome to be able to see everyone's project load. It's also incredibly user friendly! It's also great being able to message my Team through the site and get responses back from my Team. It is an amazingly handy tool to have in a management position. A complex but useful tool for managing teams, projects, timelines, and trackers.
What do you like best? Monday.com is basically Google Sheets taken to the max. It doesn't have as many mathematical formulas as Google, but there is a ton of functionality in each cell. Rather than just input data into a big tracker, users can transform cells into pins, buttons, gauges, mini-trackers, action items, etc., etc., etc. The software is intuitive, too, as adding a team member to a project or tagging a row as a certain characteristic automatically generates bar graphs and other ...

Overall happy!
What do you like best? I like having everything on one dashboard, including individual updates for each item What do you dislike? The desktop app often was too slow, so I eventually uninstalled it and went back to using it on the browser What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm able to see a timeline of each task, so I can follow up and have all of the notes in one place

Good project planning solution when you need to operate multiple projects

Fantastic ticket management tool
What do you like best? Love the ability to integrate monday.com with other services as well as our custom software. This makes managing automated workflow so much easier! What do you dislike? So far nothing as it meets our needs for everything we need to do. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mainly the operational flow and ticket management. Trying to eliminate manual follow up by automating.
