Great, versatile project management platform

What do you like best? The interface is great, the options are limitless, the collaboration tools are spot on. In our team, we use it to surface the workload and projects of three different (small) areas, but it has helped us to achieve alignment, and have a single source of truth. As we develop docs and assets, we are using it also as a repository and has proven to be quite effective when we need to check what was done before. Dashboards are a great compliment to add that ...

Monday is Managing and Operating Daily Assignments Nicely

What do you like best? I like the filter option on top right which helps in filtering the tasks based on custom columns created. Other best thing about the product is creating sub tasks. It helps a lot in dividing a big task and assigning it to individual developers rather than creating a new task for everyone. What do you dislike? On smaller resolution the calendar is not showing the complete tasks. It seems difficult to check which tasks are there on a particular day. I have to ...

My experience with monday.com

What do you like best? I came to across monday.com in July 2019 when trying to refine our team performance as our software dev project hit significant delays. I was settled about finding a Work OS that can be tailored to manage tasks and communication for newly bonded teams in two distinct locations. After trialling and researching several no-code low code platforms, I knew monday.com had all the necessary elements to manage workflow for a whole business and not just a particular ...

Great tool with so many unique features for managing workflows

What do you like best? One of the best things is the scheduling feature that helps me to organize our future plans in a queue. It provides notification about all the major activities going on, thus keeping me up to date. I can work on remote basis as well because of its mobile version, which is very effective. It also calculates the time for us that we spent on particular projects, so time tracking is another feature to organize our workflow. What do you dislike? I wish there could ...
