Intuitive platform that fits every need.
What do you like best? My favorite thing about Monday is all of the different features that are offered. There's never something I need that I don't have. What do you dislike? I wish that the chat features was slightly better. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's capable of anything you need. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've solved time management problems and gotten more things done on time.

A truly flexible "work OS" with on-demand complexity to grow with you
What do you like best? The UI/UX is simple enough that non-tech stakeholders can easily get involved and participate without a lot of handholding. It also does a great job of hiding complexity so that you can bring it to bear only when you need it. The reporting is best in class- Every other major PM tool out there required a plugin of some sort. Monday was the only one with out-of-the-box flexible reporting that gave us the insights we needed. Great software pricy though
What do you like best? The features are user friendly. Easy to navigate and color coded. What do you dislike? The price. For my small company spending $450 a year on software that I may log into briefly once every couple weeks is steep. Not all companies need intensive project management. Amazing tool
What do you like best? Monday is the most versatile project management tool I have ever used. What do you dislike? Nothing. This is a grear tool! I works perfectly on mobile and worldwide. The most user friendly AND the most customizable task management system!
What do you like best? I think the possibilities are just amazing. I'm not the most technically wired but after the tutorials, I felt like I could create a customized automated system for anyone! I work administration for multiple companies, including my own, and it's so fluid to operate and see everything I need in one place. What do you dislike? Awesome & Visually Stunning Project Management Board
What do you like best? I love the ability to customize virtually any column. The automations are very useful and save me having to do many mundane manual tasks. I am a visual person so the ability to quickly see and understand my project's statuses at a glance is huge. Love Monday.com!
What do you like best? Flexibility and automation. You can design your boards however you like, and you can create automation to minimize the number of manual entries. What do you dislike? Cross-project integration is confusing to me. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping tabs of my personal tasks along with project-related tasks.

The best organized and proactive CRM
What do you like best? Super easy to use and non CRM user friendly. Easy for my team to follow it. What do you dislike? Needs a text or mass text app integration but no other complaints. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Now I instantly contact my sales leads and get more revenue from the instant contact.
