Monday combines functionality with great integrations
What do you like best? Monday does the work of at least 3 or 4 individual products and keeps getting better. There are also many integrations and they keep updating and adding regularly. It combines spreadsheet with todo list and project management functionality. I also love that I can use it it on desktop, iPad, and phone. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We are a fast-growing start-up, and we have more than 30 clients. Monday is helping us to stay on top of all of our projects, calendars and tasks. I can manage my team easily without sending emails or having another tool for internal communication. I tried multiple others product management tools, and Monday checks all of my marks. Too expensive too quickly
Same reason as users below; $1200/year addition for 5 user increments are not acceptable. They claim that it is easy to build plugins and there is a market place for it, but we had not had a single response to any requests.The UX/UI of the platform is better than most, but they are pretty aggressive on the sales side so you might not notice at first how the costs could creep up. It's a shame. Good product with good potential.

What do you like best? I like how easy monday.com is to have different boards and assign tasks out of each board. It has really easy to follow videos when you are just learning how to use it. monday.com and DocuGen made life so much easier
What do you like best? I love how user-friendly and versatile monday.com is. Easy to learn & easy to use
What do you like best? Monday.com is hands down the best online organizational software i've used. I didn't need instructions or training, everything was clear and well placed which means there was no downtime figuring out how I could best organize myself and my team. We hit the ground running. Easy to use and fast responsive, collaboration with our team has improved.
What do you like best? Easy to use. Fast edits. Team collaboration is very high. What do you dislike? Difficult to find an identifier of a task to link to the bitbucket pullrequest to deployment. Management indicators of fantastic activities.
What do you like best? It has a pleasant interface, at first sight it gives a lot of comfort to work with monday.com; it centralizes my tasks with the help of management indicators to maintain an incredible organization.
