Game changer

Non-existent support...
To date I have found your desire to serve customers to be ferociously and atrociously appalling. My COO wanted to trial your service and so I agreed. Since we began our trial I have reached out to your company with questions in an attempt to get support. I have used your contact for twice. I have emailed twice. I have responded to your email nags to upgrade from a trial only to find that is a marketing "no reply" address that bounces. What kind of a productivity based SaaS is so disruptive ...

We are a boutique (i.e. small) management consulting firm in regional Australia. Great product!
Awesome. Great tool for keeping track of the team's workflow, along with the ability to customise and automate functions to help keep everyone updated. We've tried others before using Monday and we have not looked back. The only reason this did not get 5 stars is due to losing sub-item tasks when moving items across the boards. Also would be great if Monday was even more mobile friendly. These aren't big issues but it would be great if improved for future use.Overall, we are very happy with ...
