The best organizational tool for team building!

What do you like best? I love that we can immediately communicate between team members. It was difficult before with the emailing and communication between the team....now it is online in one, easy to use location. The online app is an amazing feature that we weren't even expecting to have. We use that more than the desktop website at this point, as you can pull it up on the go and make adjustments accordingly. What do you dislike? Sometimes there are updates that are not done when ...

Awesome sales CRM tool

What do you like best? I love the look and feel of the app. The colours appeal to me and the layout is intuitive and easy to use, which makes me want to work on the app because it makes work such a breeze. What do you dislike? I don't dislike anything at all. I get a sense that there is a whole lot of functionality embedded into the software that I am not using, but that is hardly Monday.com's fault. I just need time to really get into the app and its functionality. Recommendations to ...

Perfect tool for adaptive management

What do you like best? I love how customizeable the tool is. My projects are not always straightforward and it has helped me to be able to work through my own process and create a more systematic approach. At the same time, I am able to test ideas about how I work, and quickly adapt as it changes. What do you dislike? Not being a developer, many of the templates do not fit the work that I do, so I am forced to confront my process and create my own approach - a con, but also a pro. ...

Everythin gis very structured and I love that one can customize everything to your own needs. We are a smaller tv-studio and we can plan everything from preproductiojn to postproduction in monday, and it's working very well! What do you dislike? I haven't gotten the sync between google calendar and monday to work yet, and that's a bit ...

Great Project Management tool

What do you like best? The look and feel of it is super user friendly. I think the level of customer support is brilliant. The flexibility and number of options for columns are great. Regular updates and improvements and new features! What do you dislike? There are limitations around public boards/ guest users. Competitors allow you to make a board public (for example if we want to make our roadmap public, which we do, we now how to use Trello for that When you filter a ...

Monday helps us stay on task, on the same page and on track with all kinds of projects.

What do you like best? I love that Monday is as simple as using an Excel spreadsheet but gives me the kind of powerful tools I used to need a complex project management platform to get. For example, I can collect line items (a.k.a. data records or project tasks using a form view of my board for users who don't need regular access to the board or wouldn't actively manage the items. I can collect other line items from the managers and team members that share the board. Then, we can all ...

Visually Pleasing and Easy to Use

What do you like best? I really like the shareable board feature. It makes it easy to create collaborative boards for different projects that have different companies involved - even companies that might not use the software. Boards are very customizable and can be used in a variety of different ways from project management to task management. It also makes everyone on the same page. When you have a collaborative board that everyone has access to, it is easy for everyone to know what is ...

Project Management made easy

What do you like best? What I love about Monday.com is the flexibility to customize boards based on our own operational and client needs. It's so easy. I also love that clients and team members can collaborate via @tags. It keeps everything out of email and in a system of cadence. We love that all our project engagements have their own boards with stages and activities that make sense for our team and clients. It's so easy to read, use and manage an engagement. The color coding really ...

A great collaboration tool for end users to complete and for admins to maintain

What do you like best? From an admin perspective the ability to have all of the information on one board for the year, which can then be archived is fantastic. From the end user perspective the layout is clean and functionality is easy to use which has seen us have fantastic results in terms of completion. Maintaining the user group is also easy to do and invite the appropriate people to the appropriate boards even as a guest for visibility. What do you dislike? The only feedback so ...

Using Monday was the best decision our company made.

What do you like best? My favorite part about Monday is the ability to assign "pulses" to other members of the team. What do you dislike? If I had to choose something, it would be nice to have a dark mode for monday. Recommendations to others considering the product Add a dark mode, similar to Apple's one in their new update. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our company was struggling with organizing our tasks and many ...
