Pragmatische, schnelle Abwicklung
Von meiner ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Freigabe der Zahlungsarten durch mollie war der Prozess stehts transparent.Auf Rückfragen wurde rasch geantwortet.Von mir bereitgestellte Daten wurden schnell geprüft.Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Mollie unterstützt kleine Startup-Unternehmen nicht
Leider werden wir als kleiner regionaler Direktvermarkter von Mollie gerade während der Corona-Krise im Stich gelassen. Als landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb können wir zwar unsere Seriösität belegen, nicht jedoch einen Gewerbeschein vorlegen. Paypal, Amazon und sogar das sicherste deutsche Zahlungsverfahren PayDirekt akzeptiert uns, Mollie jedoch nicht. Die Abhlehnung erhielten wir erst, nachdem wir tagelang die Mollie-Zahlungsarten in unseren Shop eingebunden haben. Finger weg!

Super Support, übersichtliche Darstellung der Zahlungseingänge, viele Bezahlmöglichkeiten, einfache Einbindung und eine Mobile App, die hoffentlich bald weiter ausgebaut wird.Fazit: Wir können Mollie nur jedem weiterempfehlen.

not to accept me as a merchant, however due to the lack of coordination, first requesting translations of documents, and then before these documents could be resubmitted rejecting my application, I am not impressed and I am unhappy about wasted money.

Ik heb disney plus opgezegd via xpendy en moest hiervoor 12 euro betalen voor een aangetekende brief die ik nooit heb gehad! Achteraf blijkt het dat je als je je abonnement wilt opzeggen dit gratis kan. Ik ben opgelicht!
