They actually have a customer support team

They actually have a customer support team with humans working there which is more than I can say for some of their competitors. I'm a fairly new customer but it's been a good experience so far. Their docs are quite good and the checkout's straightforward to set up. Customer support have been very helpful throughout the verification process - Zaya and Emi have been great!
