Stay away from this company

First experience with them , and they hold your money.Taking days to answer the issue, provided what is asked and still managed to invent an excuse.That excuse, by the way, isn't even true.Just stay away and take another payment provider. I was told it was good too, but clearly the reality isn't.Don't waste your time if you're a company outside the Netherlands. Ik ben opgelicht via Facebook, betaald via Mollie. Helaas doen zij er niks mee ook al weten ze naar wie het geld is toegegaan. Slechte zaak!! Aangifte gedaan bij de politie.

Flinders gebruikt Mollie nu ruim…

Flinders gebruikt Mollie nu ruim anderhalf jaar en wij zijn onwijs blij met de service van Mollie. De UX, techniek van het portal maar ook de relatiemanagement ervaren wij als zeer prettig. Ik zou andere webshops ook zeker Mollie adviseren.

I've been using Mollie for my website for the past few months and I'm really happy with the way payments are handled. It only takes about 5 days to receive on my bank account the credit card payments that I get on my website. Support by chat (at least in Dutch) is very good. I don't put 5 stars because there is still something really important for me that is missing: the ability to receive payments in USD that are kept in a USD account and not directly converted into EUR. No other option to verify account but to pay

Only way to verify the account is to send money to one of theirs in the Netherlands.. which my bank (Starling) charges me £5.50 for as a transaction charge. Stripe doesn't need this and found a better way. I know of nobody else where this costs money. The fact they don't have an alternative means our business stays firmly with Stripe!

Beste MollieOp 8 Aug heb ik een bestelling gedaan bij BULUX en via mollie payments betaald. Dit bedrijf is een oplichtersbende en ik wil mijn geld terug gestort. Dus mollie, jullie weten waar dat mijn centjes naar toe zijn gegaan.En nog veel meer mensen zijn hier de dupe van deze oplichtersbende.

Zo jammer

Nu twee x ia mollie betaald en 2 x mijn bestelling niet gekregen de gegevens die ze hebben vant bedrijf kloppen niet aangifte doen helpt niks heel simpel wordt gezecht neem contact op met bedrijf ma hoe als niet klopt allemaal en dan heb je ma pech centen weg want terug boeken doen ze niet na ik zou zeggen niet gaan betalen via mollie want je bent je centen kwijt helaas zo jammer heb zelfs geen antwoord gehad van mollie de tweede x hoop echt dat ze hier meer na kijken en de boel plat gooien ...
