slechte service
Inmiddels al 3 weken aan het wachten op Tech. Support. Nu zover dat er geen betalingen meer binnen komen via de webshop.Er is een urgentie op aangevraagd, alleen is dat inmiddels ook al een week geleden...Elke keer worden dingen beloofd die niet na worden geleefd. Erg slechte manier van zaken doen!Dit zijn wij absoluut niet gewend van Mollie!

We've been using Mollie for over 2 years now, and we're are constantly expanding our processing with them in geo's through Europe.The cooperation with our Manager Fiona is open, fast and allows us to scale our e-commerce branch when and how we want. Due to this, we decided to move more and more of our volume to Mollie.

Heel goed geholpen
Ik ben heel goed geholpen door Hannah van Mollie. Waar ik het zelf al wel o.k. vond, bood zij aan om het toch beter te regelen en nog wat dingen aan te passen. Nu is alles perfect geregeld. Dankjewel Hannah.

Mijn account is getroffen door een bug…
Mijn account is getroffen door een bug waardoor ik een incorrecte balans zie in mijn dashboard. Het bedrag is veel lager, dan dat ik werkelijk op mijn balans heb staan. Ze zijn bewust van de bug, maar kunnen deze na een maand nog steeds niet oplossen. Ondertussen kan ik geen uitbetaling van het werkelijke bedrag doen. Ik raad Mollie zeker niet meer aan!
