I would like to thank Kimberly for her excellent service, patience, and willingness to get back at me. We couldn't solve the issue on my computer, but got far enough to where I was able to access my data on my smartphone. Mollie cannot be held responsible for a problem on my Mac. Kimberley answered my remaining questions as well.

Easy and quick setup
Easy and quick setup, was able to accept payments on my webshop in 20 minutes. Payment fees are acceptable and transparent.

Contact gehad met de supportafdeling…
Contact gehad met de supportafdeling waarom mijn account nog niet geactiveerd was. Kreeg snel antwoord waarop de verificatie nog hangt. Ook meegekregen wat per mail (tekstmatig en bijlagen) aangeleverd moest worden.Na aanlevering van de mail met bijlage een heel nette reactie dat alles ontvangen is en dat zij ook in de gaten houden of de verificatie nu snel afgerond wordt.

10/10 Mollie is the best!
Everything is automated which makes the onboarding process and the day-to-day operations super easy! The integration to my e-commerce store went super smooth. In case you need additional support the Mollie customer team is unparalleled - response time is same day - if not minutes - and are highly skilled to resolve all the issues. 10/10! Very pleased - would recommend 100%!

Werkt goed naar behoren
Werkt goed naar behoren, als de betalingen direct over zouden (nu 1 werkdag wachten) boeken, zou het perfect zijn. Heb je een systeem waarin alles handmatig overgeboekt moet worden, dan is Mollie een aanrader.
