Great support team
My account was desactivted for inactivity. Had some trouble to re-acivate. I asked the support team for help and Kieran pointed me directly to the issue. I would have not found it myself. I'm a chocolate maker and understand only half of what is going on here. So, yes, Kiernan guided me and made sure all was ok. Got the immedate approval. Now I'm waiting for the final OK from the team. That was easy. Thanks.

I want to thank Help Support Desk for the cooperation. I got my issue solved rather quickly. All 5 stars for them. Thanks to Anna, Nisrin and Marine. They did a great job. But I give here 4 stars because I wasn`t informed at all that my services were disabled. For the rest - very good!
