Kevin from the Support team is a very welcome surprise. I must admit, usually I'm not used to a quick and efficient service from larger companies. I always thought this would be an advantage of smaller, more agile companies like ours. Kevon proved me wrong. Again and again he replied very fast, very competent, and got things moving. Alex Solved our problem.

Alex Solved our problem. The issue was ongoing for a few weeks what is really a shame as you are one of our major partners for online payment. We've asked several times for a call with Mollie and Thunes to debug the issue without any success. When Alex took the ticket at his charge, he did an amazing job to get it solved.
