Good tools to start but cannot handle more complex issues
What do you like best? MoEngage provides a good start for standard use cases but when trying to go deeper to integrate more complex use cases, MoEngage tends to stutter and fail to deliver the use cases. What do you dislike? MoEngage is not good enough in catering complex use cases as the company grows from basic usages to more customized ones. What do you like best? It has almost everything that is required for user engagement. From notifications to e mailers, SMS to smart triggers it's got everything. Additionally, the ease of using (Planning + Execution is way better. What do you dislike? Takes lot of time to load in Google Chrome. Nothing else so far.
