Good to help jumpstart but unable to scale and grow along (especially on more complex issues)
What do you like best? MoEngage provides a good start for standard use cases but when trying to go deeper to integrate more complex use cases, MoEngage tends to stutter and fail to deliver the use cases. The response rate of the service is also relatively slow in comparison to others. They tend to provide slow responses and only manage to get things up and running based after of near the agreed timeline (tend to be over most of the time). What do you dislike? What do you like best? The customization available and control over the minute details which is usually templated. The level of custom use-cases we are able to achieve using this tool is vast and at the same time very useful in making the communications very contextual and personalized. Easier interface and excellent reporting

The ease of achieving segmentation and the ability to pass custom fields to the moengage database externally, as well as extracting data using bigquery directly make it really versatile and key to have all the data at your disposal in a matter of few minutes.
