"Expensive but have features that not all Pain Management software has."

What do you like best about ModMed? The clinical patform is fine. It works on an ipad or a desktop and is relatively easy to use. The program has some glitches but is very workable. The automatically generated CPT codes and charges are a blessing. (you can chage them easity if you need to.) It tracks MIPS well. They are trying harder to give some support and even gave me a credit when I pointed out how their failiures cost me money. I looked at multiple other Pain Managment EHR software ...

What do you like best about ModMed? It allows me to document for anywhere with an internet connection. Very easy to learn and has the ability to costonize visits via protocols. What do you dislike about ModMed? Occasionally there are outages that paralyze us for hours while we work on paper and pen until fixed. These issues generally are resolved within a few hours. What do you like best about ModMed? I love modmed. Charting has become so much easier. I went from paper charting to this. Wow what an update. I love that you can both use on and ipad and PC What do you dislike about ModMed? Sometimes it can be a little bit confusing, expecially when they update. What do you like best about ModMed? As the billing manager, I appreciate how easy I can keep track of my claims and denials. What do you dislike about ModMed? The reports are very robust, but the interface to create them is very slow. There is not an easy-to-use audit system to see who modified information on a patient's demographics page. What do you like best about ModMed? ModMed offers training through resources that are directly linked throough the EHR. Quick answers and solutions at the touch of your finger tips! What do you like best about ModMed? The versatility it brings when it comes to rooming patients. After getting used to the system and the various options it gives you, rooming patients can be completed easily and quickly. What do you dislike about ModMed?
