What do you like best about ModMed? Modmed is an innovator in providing solutions for our medical practice. What do you dislike about ModMed? Clutter. ie. their EMA support is very confusing to navigate to get help. What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? Documenting patient visits and record keeping.

What do you like best about ModMed? Very information, there is multiple topics and interactive activities What do you dislike about ModMed? Many of the topics happen at the same time therefore hard to chose which conference to attand What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about ModMed? Our clinical staff love the effeciency they gained. What do you dislike about ModMed? Analytics are hit or miss. I cannot run 2 reports at once. Filters carryover to reports. I would love a fully customizable report writer. What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? For me Mod Med is giving me ease of access to our data and analytics.

What do you like best about ModMed? Less typing and clicks. It has easy navigation reduses errors. What do you dislike about ModMed? sometimes too cusomized, hard for providers to have non identical notes. What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? Time saver, accurate billing and easy for staff.

What do you like best about ModMed? I love all the features modmed has like modmedpay/text to pay/quickpay, ginsights, gestimator, so much more. The support is quick and responsive and easy to reach. gPM makes my job easier! What do you dislike about ModMed? That you have to submit enhancement requests to get something "added" that should be part of the software to begin with. Some things are just "omits" or errors and should not have to be submitted as an enhancement request to be ...

What do you like best about ModMed? Great service. When you call for assistance, you actually get a person on the phone in a timely manner. They're always working to improve their products. What do you dislike about ModMed? Some of the interfacing with other EMR systems could be made easier. What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? All in one gastro specific platform.
