"Mod Med Customer Service"

What do you like best about ModMed? Customer service. Everyone is always very friendly and willing to answer all of our questions. What do you dislike about ModMed? MIPS points can be difficult to figure out. Sometimes if hard to determine what needs to be done to get the full points. What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? unable to use the sticky feature. I have someone looking into this issue

What do you like best about ModMed? The customer service & user friendly software for employees What do you dislike about ModMed? Ggastro doesn't have all the bells and whistles like some of the other systems such as EMA What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? Patient portal issues such as o365 & patients scanning files

What do you like best about ModMed? They are always willing to enhance their system to their customers needs. What do you dislike about ModMed? Support tickets can go unanswered unless followed up on. What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? Mohs documentation for easier docuementation. Updating the auto posting for quicker reimbursement

What do you like best about ModMed? Specialty-specific EHR, makes medicine so much easier. The conference gives lots of excellent information on everything. What do you dislike about ModMed? Not much not to like about the product or the conference. We would like it run smoother and more efficiently at times but we know lots of changes are around the corner. "Best EMR!"

What do you like best about ModMed? A great platform - meets all of our needs for dermatology documentation. Could not recommend more! Excellent customer service. What do you dislike about ModMed? Updates can be confusing if you aren't adequately prepared What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? ModMed is very intuitive and takes a lot of the workload away by pre-filling areas that would normally require free text.

What do you like best about ModMed? Lab and Pathology interface with EMA saves not only time, but helps us sleep better at night. When our provider’s biopsy a lesion, they will indicate their treatment preference based on the differential diagnosis. The provider’s biopsy notes are available on the path for them to review upon sign off; if the provider wants to change their initial treatment preference, they can right then. What do you like best about ModMed? Ease of documentation for providers. Easy to train clinical support personnel on scheduling and other PM functions. Efficient patient registration, payment collection, document management. What do you dislike about ModMed? Very disappointing customer service. Often non-existent. If you are not tech savvy, you will only be frustrated. But, ultimately, it will work as you adapt. What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? Documentation, ...

"A great all in one bundled package"

What do you like best about ModMed? Probably what we like best is utilizing the entire system from the front to the back. We use EMA PM for registering, scheduling patients and the integration within the EMR is seamless and works great. A very good built system What do you dislike about ModMed? If I had to pick a downfall, I would say the financial piece is a little clunky to work with, still relatively new in EMA and just requires a lot of clicks.
