What do you like best about ML Work Orders? Staff is automatically assigned a ticket when it falls into their scope or area. Staff can be grouped into zones, and tickets are automatically assigned to a tech based upon their zone. When a ticket is submitted, the tech is immediately alerted and assigned to the issue. This reduces blow by and tickets going stale.
