Great for IT Office use!
What do you like best? I can send password protected messages to users and know each time when they have opened it! What do you dislike? Sometimes I have to reload Gmail for it to work. (Really minor) Recommendations to others considering the product: It makes it very secure and easy from your Gmail account to send secure information that you would not have otherwise send via email. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

I Can't Live Without MixMax
What do you like best? "Boomeranging" messages out of my inbox so my inbox isn't cluttered with emails that I know I can't get to until a later day/time. Then, magically, they return when I can address them. What do you dislike? The integration with Gmail isn't as stable as I'd like (the become disassociated about once a month). Recommendations to others considering the product: Do it. Period. It will change your life. What problems are you solving with the product? ...

Why not
What do you like best? I love that I can see when a client is opening my emails. From a legal standpoint, I can see and prove they opened it more than once when they say they didn't receive it. From a sales point of view, I can see if the emails I am sending are reaching their targets or even if the email they gave is valid. What do you dislike? For a small business of one person, all the bills add up. But I totally understand that they need to make money too and that it may not be ...

Don't try to work without it!
What do you like best? MixMax is an amazing tool. I recommend it to EVERY one of my clients. I train on communication skills in medical offices and stress the importance of eliminating errors. They would find great value in the templates. My most favorite attribute is the ability to set up different meetings. The templates and invaluable to me as I meet remotely with teams and trying to get them to commit to times used to take many emails back and forth. Now I sent the appropriate ...

MixMax makes email tracking profitable and convenient.
What do you like best? I like the templates and follow-up. The melding of minds is perfect. Using MixMax creates a strong opportunity in facilitating growth opportunities. Knowing how your email campaigns are going allows for prioritizing the who receives the next contact or follow-up email. Bounces illustrates that some email contacts may be antiquated or closed. What do you dislike? Sometimes syncs at inconvenient times. Makes it hard to track emails when that occurs. The ...

Save a lot of time!
What do you like best? To be able to access a library of email templates, both personally customized and curated by your team at work, is huge. Saves me time when I need to be contacting customers, and not worrying about grammar mistakes/etc within each custom email. What do you dislike? The sequence functionality could be a little easier to use! It's awesome, but a little confusing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time ...
