Very satisfied
What do you like best? The feature we enjoy the most is being able to predict the best time send an email. This improves the response rate. Scheduling call by sharing the calendar on the body of the email is tremendous help as well. Support has also been super quick and extremely informative. They know what they are doing. What do you dislike? Sometimes the chrome extension for gmail does not display clicks and other metrics and one has to login to the mixmax website for a detailed ...

Sales Team's Dream
What do you like best? Love the amount of tools Mixmax has put together in their product offering. If you are in sales, especially tech or SaaS, Mixmax is a must have. Their calendar sharing and email tracking are next level. Love it! What do you dislike? Some of the features need more polish before launch. Support is good but slow. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Multiple sales tools combined into one.

fantastic product
What do you like best? The team behind Mixmax is always coming up with new ideas to push the product forward. What do you dislike? I've had very little issue with the software. Sometimes the email shortcuts operate on a slight delay but this is very minor. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to make emails super interesting and dynamic. A convenient way to create and test email templates.

Abysmal Customer Service; Game-Breaking Bugs
What do you like best? The sequence functionality was cool, when it worked. But it doesn't. What do you dislike? Broken emails, bad reports, formatting errors. The worst Customer Service I've ever seen. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None, anymore. We were trying to use mail merge and email tracking but those failed abysmally.

Mixmax makes syncing gmail with Salesforce Easy!
What do you like best? Mixmax's calendar sync feature is fantastic and helps bridge the gap between salesforce events and gcal events. What do you dislike? I am not a fan of Mixmax's product segmentation. The most eggregious being that centralized administration features are gated behind their enterprise tier product. An expensive requirement for an SMB. However, Mixmax does allow you to purchase individual product features a-la-carte which helps alleviate this issue. I just wish ...

I also think that customizing the color of the embedded calendars etc... should be a free feature Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely refer to 7 other people so you can earn that unlimited tracking. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It makes ...

What do you like best? I know Mixmax is for sales, tracking, CRMs, and all that. And that's awesome. But, for me hat makes the difference is that I can easily format my emails to look amazing, and be engaging for the reader, whether they area business contact or family member. Gifs don't discriminate, they work for every one :P What do you dislike? Nothing comes to mind. I should probably learn to leverage it more. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use ...
