What do you like best about Mixmax? The ability to schedule sequences make the email flow feel natural, but also eliminate the risk of foregetting to circle back with a client. I have it also set up where I can have a sequence send me and email to check in if they haven't responded. What do you like best about Mixmax? I am a fairly new user, but the most helpful aspect is the fact that I can see in just a glance that my emails have been received, opened, and by whom + on what device. GREAT feature! What do you like best about Mixmax? It adds zoom meetings to a calendar invite, and it auto sends reminders to clients. It's definitely more streamlined than Groove. What do you dislike about Mixmax? I've noticed if I have tasks to block times on my Google calendar, then the calendar in MixMax doesn't pick those up when sharing my availability. What do you like best about Mixmax? I love so many features about mixmax but I think my favorite one is the ease of creating and using templates and sequences. I also love the insights provided! What do you dislike about Mixmax? There are some struggles that I have with Mixmax, like occasional formatting issues. What problems is Mixmax solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Mixmax? Able to track opens, clicks and downloads. Most importantly can see whether there is a high level of interest. What do you dislike about Mixmax? It does not always show all e-mail opens. Sometimes people respond but on MixMax it shows 0 opens. This means not all e-mails are tracked accurately.
