Simple and effective!

What do you like best? Mixmax is easy to use and is currently meeting my needs in tracking whether individuals are receiving and opening my emails. I love the follow-up feature too if I need a response by a certain timeframe. What do you dislike? It would be nice to personalize my logo and information to the invites however I am currently using the lowest paying option. A great tool, but I've experienced bugs

What do you like best? I really love being able to set up templates for emails I send regularly! I also like being able to send a simple link to my clients for them to set up meeting at a time that works for them! There's no back and forth trying to find a day and time, they just click an available time on your calendar and the event is scheduled. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Scheduling sequences is great, very convenient with the ability to personalize by recipient.. What do you dislike? Automated rules and other integration can get turned off without warning. Currently waiting for a resolution on this from customer support. What problems are you solving with the product? Wonderful program

What do you like best? Mixmax is absolutely great when it comes to following up your email and keeping everything organised, I have been saved so many times when I forgot to respond to an email or to follow up on it. Great Addition

What do you like best? I love that mixmax adds features into gmail that make it easy for me to send messages, reminders, and templates that make emails incredibly more efficient! What do you dislike? There isn't anything I currently dislike What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving the issue with not having templates in gmail which allow me to quickly send canned messages.
