What do you like best? What I really like about Mixmax is the fact that I am able to see a Live feed of my Emails at all times, displayed in my mailbox. It has been a very helpful feature when it comes to keeping track of past activities. The ability to see that the message has been opened and what time the prospect is most active is very insightful. What do you like best? I love how I can use email templates to write fast emails. As a sales person, I'm always typing information to prospects that can repeat itself often, but have slight variations. What do you dislike? I do not like the dialer tool, as it is not built out as much. There is more that can be done here to make the dailer more useful. Great tool, very easy to learn and use. Encourages organization!

What do you like best? I like the email notifications when someone clicks on a link or open an email. I also like the branded email invites and links. Makes it look professional. Also the integration to Salesforce is awesome. What do you dislike? If it would be easier to remove people from sequences. Maybe by clicking on their email in gmail. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Email automation. Prospecting. Setting up meetings.

Easy to use and works flawlessly

What do you like best? It runs in the background, no extra effort required. I also love that it prompts me to add contacts before sending an email. What do you dislike? I wish I could see if the CC in sequences was going to work - doesn't seem like there's a way to test that before sending. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Logging ALL contact with merchants, we had issues before when it was more manual.

Scheduling Made Easy

What do you like best? I loved that I can share my availability with my customers to provide them some flexibility. I also love the conversion of time zones, as my customers are nationwide. Mixmax has made my job much easier! What do you dislike? Sometimes when sales books my team for conversations through the mix max round-robin, it will end up on one persons calendar but say "different name will call you". What do you like best? I love the ease of integrating sequences, calendar availability, polls, etc at the click of a button!
