Easy to use and ramp up.
What do you like best? Instant real-time information on email clicks. What do you dislike? Haven't found anything yet. The user interface is excellent! Recommendations to others considering the product: Real-time access to email tracking is amazing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking emails and clicks. Much easier know to get insights on prospect behavior (as well as clients and internal coworkers).

MIxmax is a wonderful tool having multiple features useful for Sales & Marketing

Mixmax's automation super charged my sales process
What do you like best? Using Mixmax has helped me to trip the speed in which I send warm emails to leads. Instead of having to set reminders to follow up, I just enter 3 emails into my sequence, set it and forget it. Now, I'm prospecting regularly and have more leads coming in than I've ever had before. Mixmax simply WORKS :)
What do you like best? I like the option with templates because it is super user-friendly and it works without any issues. Makes my life easier
What do you like best? The email templates save me a ton of time with follow-ups, and the meeting templates make scheduling countless client meetings so much faster and easier. Email tracking, rules, and reminders are a helpful way to stay on top of a large number of accounts. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike. Pleasantly surprised!
What do you like best? The activity panel on the left of GMail is really useful - at times, I don't have to scroll through all the tracked emails in my mailbox and can just slide this panel to track all my campaign activity. Great Email Outreach tool
What do you like best? I liked at all of the things I'm able to do within MixMax. This is much better than pretty much every tool that I've used. I really do like sequences though in the Growth plan so I can automatically follow up with prospects based on actions they've taken like if they opened up an email that I've sent or clicked on a link. Flexible, fast, great for small teams
What do you like best? I like templates, sequence functionality, meeting booking features, progress stats and activity visibility. I use the meeting booking functionality all the time (in email signature) and use templates and even multi-email sequences for specific outreach to investor groups, users, committees and even teams.
