Mixmax is a cost effective way to use email automation
What do you like best? Very easy to use. Super fast customer support. Has everything I need for basic AE email automation and calendar functions What do you dislike? Things tend to break a lot - Mixmax should utilize something like full story so they can diagnose a bit more quickly. Also with sequences you cannot drag and drop steps. Fantastic all around email productivity tool
What do you like best? Rather than being something that's drastically innovative and different, Mixmax tackles existing day-to-day tasks and workflows, and makes it stupid simple to be more way more productive and efficient. Review of mixmax across multiple industries
What do you like best? AB testing capabilities and data-backed business cases from open/download/scheduling rates. Being able to schedule meetings very effectively. The instant compose chrome extension. What do you dislike? sequences are automatically triggered by rules engine as soon as leads enter the sequence. Surprisingly Robust Package
What do you like best? This G-mail plugin is an amazing tool for managing e-mail campaigns and adding dynamic insertions into my templates. I am a big fan of the integrations to Salesforce which allow us to keep detailed tracking on our contacts. We can easily grab a contact list from Salesforce and insert it into a sequence in MixMax. Great product for sales teams
What do you like best? The sequences feature works very very well. It is very helpful for the sales team for example when reaching out to potential prospects. Also this helps with both coaching AND automated followups to emails from which I receive no initial response. Also, the ability to insert a poll directly into the email is a great help to busy customers. Super easy to log emails to SFDC without slowing down my Gmail account. Mixmax makes email and calendaring a breeze!
What do you like best? I enjoy using the templates and sequencing in Mixmax. I am more efficient because Mixmax is user friendly and I've set it up very custom to the way in which I work and operate in my inbox and with my calendar. What do you dislike? Fantastic product and support team!
What do you like best? I love the user experience and interface. MixMax has everything covered end to end. What do you dislike? Building rules can be somewhat cumbersome, without speaking to a support member first about complex processes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sales automation. We are able to spend much more time personalizing activities that really matter while automating tasks that would usually be done manually.

Mixmax makes me efficient
What do you like best? Mixmax's email widgets make it super easy to schedule appointments and include video conferencing. No more emails back and forth to identify a time and then going in to the calendar to schedule. I set my appoints up using slash commands and no more effort is needed. What do you dislike? I've been using Mixmax FOREVER and couldn't dream of ever using another tool!
What do you like best? Sequences! They do all of the lovely lead nurturing we could ever ask for. It literally does the work of 10+ people without any human error. What do you dislike? Nothing. They have done a ton of bug fixes since the early days, and now everything runs super smoothly!
