"10/10 Recommend Mixmax"

What do you like best about Mixmax? I like that it sends out automatic emails and helps save you time. What do you dislike about Mixmax? Sometimes it will send an intro email to a customer I previously spoke with and will confuse the customer. Recommendations to others considering Mixmax: N/A. What problems is Mixmax solving and how is that benefiting you? I now have more time to speak with customers because I do not have to type out my emails.

What do you like best about Mixmax? It can send automatic emails based on criteria. What do you dislike about Mixmax? A little confusing/overwhelming at first. What problems is Mixmax solving and how is that benefiting you? I now have most of my follow-up emails scheduled.

"Great email tracking"

What do you like best about Mixmax? As a small business in real estate, it is beneficial to see when my emails are opened, when they have clicks, and build templates to follow up accordingly. What do you dislike about Mixmax? I'm not too fond of the monthly tracking limits. What problems is Mixmax solving and how is that benefiting you? I solve the problem of retyping or copy/pasting email inefficiencies. The benefit of time saved by templatizing is huge.

"I wish we had used MixMax years ago!"

What do you like best about Mixmax? I love all of the integration aspects with MixMax and how it connects to all of our internal tools including Salesforce and Gmail. It makes it so easy to work on team consistencies when it comes to templated emails and outbound cadences. I also like that it encompasses our email and calendar scheduling needs in one place. What do you like best about Mixmax? The ability to sequence all of my customer's info and send out mass emails What do you dislike about Mixmax? Not sure there's anything I don't like. I love it! What problems is Mixmax solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to new customers in mass and having that ability has given me a whole lot of power on my end.

"Really great when you're juggling a lot at once"

"The customer service is out of this world"

What do you like best about Mixmax? Let me start by saying that I switch from Hubspot primarily because of the cost. But I quickly realized that Mixmax is much easier to use, and integrates better with Google Workspace. I'm getting more features for a lower price. "Mixmax is great!"

What do you like best about Mixmax? Very easy to use and navigate. UX is smooth, competitors UX is much more clunky. What do you dislike about Mixmax? Can't think of anything that is worse than the email automization company we used prior. What problems is Mixmax solving and how is that benefiting you? Since it's easier to navigate, I'm using more tools than I was prior.
