There is a bit of confusion when creating Email signatures. It overrides gmail, and sometimes when you change your signature in Gmail, you have to change it in mixmax too. What do you like best about Mixmax? The platform is intuitive to use from the start. The implementation took less than an hour to set up. I love the keyboard shortcuts in Gmail. I use the template, poll, and meeting shortcut multiple times a day. I love having all of my Salesforce data right on the side of my inbox, so I don't have to search for the contact details in SFDC when I need to see a field; I simply hover over any name or email, and their Contact pulls up automatically. What do you like best about Mixmax? There is a lot to love about MixMax. The availability sharing feature, the email templates, and the feature that shows if your recipient(s) have opened your emails are my favorite features. What do you dislike about Mixmax? The only thing I'd request improvement on is a time limit on availability appointment scheduling. It'd be nice to have a 24-hour cut-off so clients can't book a meeting on short notice. What do you like best about Mixmax? My favorite part about MixMax is their calendar tool. As opposed to going back and forth with a prosect for a time to meet, I can easily suggest some times and they can click which works best. What do you dislike about Mixmax? No complaints with MixMax.
