What do you like best about Mixmax? Mixmax has helped our company with tracking emails as well as scheduling meetings with externals. What do you dislike about Mixmax? Probably just the UX, but other than that, I'm all good. What problems is Mixmax solving and how is that benefiting you? Email scheduling with partners Email tracking (if it has been opened and their location)

What do you like best about Mixmax? Templates to send the first email to my clients. What do you dislike about Mixmax? I would like to have the feature of sharing my templates with my teammates in the free version! What problems is Mixmax solving and how is that benefiting you? With the email tracker I could see that most of my clients were not opening my first emails so I did some changes in order to improve this. It worked!

Knowing the optimal time to schedule the emails is super helpful!

Not being able to track whether sent emails have been read, now I can know exactly who is lying or not about not seeing the email in their inbox

What do you like best about Mixmax? It is amazing to be able to determine if your email has reached your desired contact, how many times it has been opened, etc. especially from a Sales perspective. What do you dislike about Mixmax? The notifications can sometimes be a bit much, but I could see that being necessary for a heavy sales role. What problems is Mixmax solving and how is that benefiting you? Outreach is definitely easier without sitting with the unknown.

What do you like best about Mixmax? Being able to see who opened my emails really helps me in following up with clients when their interest is at their highest. The reminders are very helpful as well What do you dislike about Mixmax? Nothing, everything works great! The only thing can be that turning off sequences can be a little tedious to go through and find the exact one you want to disable when you no longer need it. What do you like best about Mixmax? The templates and sequences are absolutely fantastic! I do project management and when I assign new projects to staff, I've setup a sequence that basically does my job for me and does automatic check-ins. I make deliveries to clients - all via templates and sequences too. Mixmax quite genuinely saves me at least 20 hours per week! What do you dislike about Mixmax?
