It confuses my own open as part of the opens What problems is Mixmax solving and how is that benefiting you? Before mix max, i had no idea if my lead/ prospects receive and read my emails, With Mixmax I see a little icon next to each email with the number of opens for each email, and the date and time they read it.

Tracking the overall messaging journey clearly.
