What do you like best about Mixmax? The ability to track email activity right from the gmail interface What do you dislike about Mixmax? Attachments sent with mixmax dissuade recipients from downloading them. If there's a way to selectively track emails and not the attachments that'll be good. What do you like best about Mixmax? I like the template feature. It is easy to write and save templates that you use often. I also love the tracking aspect. You can see when and how many times your email has been opened. The calendar feature is also very helpful! What do you dislike about Mixmax? Overall, it is a great product. No dislikes as of yet. "Perfect for our law office"

What do you like best about Mixmax? MixMax is by far the best tool we used for email templates. Highly recommended! What do you dislike about Mixmax? If someone is in my email and creates a template with an attachment, when I open that email on my computer to finalize and send, the attachment is missing. Not sure why. "Great app for scheduling events!"

What do you like best about Mixmax? Easy and pleasant UI, convenient scheduling for different time zones. What do you dislike about Mixmax? Would be great to have a folder of "scheduled" emails appear in Gmail. If I want to change the time of a scheduled email or delete it from scheduled emails I have to access my Mixmax dashboard. What problems is Mixmax solving and how is that benefiting you? Makes scheduling events a lot easier and straightforward.

What do you like best about Mixmax? Email tracking - I love that I can monitor who has read my emails. Mixmax is also very useful for sales campaigns. What do you dislike about Mixmax? It can be a bit clunky in that the templates are very manual driven. What problems is Mixmax solving and how is that benefiting you? To maximise new business processes.

"Easy to extract value from Mixmax"

What do you like best about Mixmax? The default settings proactively remind me when recipients continuously open my emails. What do you dislike about Mixmax? It would be really beneficial to group sequences based on contacts in Salesforce vs requiring all emails to be sent separately. What problems is Mixmax solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm more productive because the back and forth it can take to schedule meetings is eliminated with the ability to share availability.

What do you like best about Mixmax? It's been a great platform to provide me with the needed visibility to see who is opening my emails and how many times. Prior to Mixmax, when my emails were sent, I was in the dark and did not have the visibility to see how effective they were. What do you dislike about Mixmax?
