Miva threatens 250% price increase jan 1/1/2019

What do you like best? We switched to Miva in 2001, and have been with them for 20 years. Sadly, they have threatened to raise our price by 250% starting in January 1, 2020 unless we sign a longterm contract. I guess that is what happens when VC money gets into the picture. We have been using Miva for about ten years, to be honest I cna't remember how long exactly, tried other systems, even looked and changing systems a few times, never found anything that did what we need.
