Great way to organize your thoughts

What do you like best? Miro is a great way to visualize your thoughts and ideas. They make it super easy for flow charts, idea boards, etc. What do you dislike? I don't like how hard it is to share a board What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a great way to visualize complex ideas. We use it to explain how our customer funnels work in email marketing and Facebook ads.

Loving the design and templates

Really cool software, but honestly we don't use it very often. It is not an everyday tool

What do you like best? It's very easy to use, intuitive. The endless board helps you to not limit your creativity and it's excellent for brainstorm activities (also with distributed teams) What do you dislike? What do you like best? This tool is massive. Has a lot of functionalities, templates, customizations. We are starting to use it more and more and is really flexible. The key features is starting with templates already in and modify them according to our needs.
