Efficient

What do you like best? Time and expense tracking in one location What do you dislike? Expense has to be tied to a customer, most of ours are just company expenses What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Less papers! I love how you can take pictures of receipts and they are attached in the file.

Great for a growing company

What do you like best? Minute7 has been great to use. Solid feature set to support our needs as we grow, and very easy integration to Quickbooks. Supports billable and non-billable time, time and expense approval levels, and customized settings by employee type. We've grown from just a few employees to twenty and still growing. A time tracking tool that works for you

What do you like best? This program is easy to use for both the individual users and the end user. The users time descriptions drop easily into our customer invoices. Various service lines help us manage compensation at different rates for different activities (i.e. billable time versus overhead). What do you dislike? More options for the CSV reporting feature would be helpful for formal reporting. We would also like an "all" selection option for date searches. A spell check feature ...

What do you like best? Minute7 is easy to use and reliable. I leave the web portal open and log my hours as soon as I'm done with a task for a client. The built-in timer is accurate and easy to use. And I've set-up automated reminders for my staff to ensure they're entering their hours as they are completed as well. What do you dislike? I'd like to see more report options. What do you like best? Its extremely easy to navigate and enter my hours into Minute7. Its easy to search for our internal job numbers and easy to navigate swiftly from job to hours to date, etc. What do you dislike? It is extremely annoying that as you enter your hours, if you are viewing a for example this week, but need to enter time on a previous week, it won't jump to that week. What do you like best? I have been using this program for many years now. The program is very stable. I appreciate that I can give it to project managers to evaluate time spent on projects without having to open up my full set of books. What do you dislike? My project names are long. What do you like best? We love how the platform is easy to set up for the whole office, that it completely synchs to Quickbooks so the staff can pull down to select the project and task and enter in their time each day.
