Easy, Efficient, & Effective

MineralTree has significantly improved our accounts payable department. Not only is its user interface easy to navigate and understand, MineralTree has offered us excellent customer service on multiple occasions. Their staff truly cares about the product and customer experience. I've only encountered a few hiccups while using MineralTree. Powerful, Flexible AP solution for SMBs

The auto-coding of invoices, approval workflow, and payments processes all worked very well. We had some issues working with credit card statements and items received against a PO (using QuickBooks), but we were able to develop work-arounds. This is a great system with great support - it's worth every penny. MineralTree made cut AP processing time in half - it automated much of the invoice coding, routing for approvals, and payment processing.

Really happy we chose Mineraltree

Easy setup, good customer support, they listen to customer feedback. Netsuite integration is ok but has some bugs if you have multiple financial calendars. Does not yet have SSO/SAML capability. Vendor management portal not yet ready but on roadmap. If you don't need major vendor management or lots of tax requirements, MT is the way to go. Oversold, failed to implement

The theoretical use of MineralTree was attractive to us. They are on the right track with real-time invoice capture, PO matching, and Payment all in one portal. Where to start. The concept was great, but almost none of it works as expected when interfaced with Microsoft Dynamics GP. Invoice capture takes a full day to process (electronic documents are sent to Sweeden to be visually matched), you get your scans back 24 hours later. Reliable and secure

Security and privacy are definitely something I appreciate a lot and I feel like MineralTree is communicating that well to their customers. Setup can be a bit tricky so customers would definitely benefit from a better onboarding/knowledge transfer. As mentioned, privacy and security are a big plus, it also saves time and resources.

I would have to say, what I like best; Flexpay. FlexPay enables enterprises to optimize their payment process and choose the most efficient payment methods. There weren't many things to dislike about MineralTree and working with them through my company. It has helped with payments and banking.

The software is intuitive and easy to use. The approval process for my non-accounting partners is very easy. It is very stable from a performance standpoint. Once an invoice has been uploaded into the system, it takes to long for it to be available to process. What business problems are you solving with the product? Efficient and streamlined payment of vendor invoices with as little manual processes as possible. Maintaining a paperless accounts payable system.

MineralTree allows the AP manager to keep track of all open invoices and route to the specific approvers. No more having invoices get lost on someone's desk. Also, MineralTree allows you to have an audit history that proves someone reviewed and approved an invoice.
