Game changer

Mineral Tree has streamlined our invoice and payment process and drastically reduced the amount of time we spend on these tasks. Although infrequent, there have been a couple of times the system was down for a while. We are able to process invoices without hiring an accounts payable specialist. We also don't have to cut, sign and mail checks any more.

Reliable platform

The ease of operation and the clarity with directions from staff sometimes connectivity issues but it may have been a combination of our in house internet. We have also had a few times where a check has not synced with QuickBooks due to an issue. MineralTree has worked well with QuickBooks with very few issues. AP automation in small business

I like the ease of paying suppliers and the recording in QBs. It takes a process that took all day down to 20 minutes. It does not work with our E2 Shoptech to automatically check invoices against the PO's. Adding this into the automation would be a complete system for us. We have many suppliers and it is very tedious to enter all the various bills and then to track them and pay them. Mineraltree has helped take out some human error while also making the whole process easier.

Super easy to process & approve

It's super easy to approve payments. Saves SO much time relative to actually signing checks, and the integration with QB is great. This may just be my user setup, but I only have approve/unapprove capabilities. I'd like to be able to approve but change the payment date, as now I have to go back to my team and have them edit and re-send for approval. The site has also been down a few times in the last few months, so working on uptime would be a recommendation. It's super easy to use. ...

Mineral Tree is very user-friendly and easily accessible.

I like the approval function of Mineral Tree the best. I don't like that it will not sync a payment if there is a duplicate check number. The approval problem has been solved by using Mineral Tree. There are many benefits to using Mineral Tree... one of the best is not having to print hundreds of checks every week.

Great product!

MineralTree provides a great way to automate the A/P approval process, as well as the payment process, while also providing easy access for reviewing any invoice in the system. The biggest disadvantages of MineralTree that I have found are 1) the inability to process credits in the system, 2) the lack of more than 1 default account code, and 3) the inability to identify the correct vendor if we have multiple accounts for the same vendor (and therefore, multiple vendor set-ups) We are ...

Great software, always open to feedback

I like how Mineral Tree is willing to work on improving their software. They have a small company feel where they are always trying to improve their product and are open to feedback. The credit card piece was very difficult to set up, and is not great. It works best if you integrate it to your software Invoice approvals are the biggest thing for us. We didn't have a control around this before and it's been very easy.

Mineral Tree is easy to use with our accounting system and saves time and money on stamps Mineral Tree still has a few kinks, like being able to streamline search of vendors Mineral Tree sync with other accounting systems with ease and offers multiple ways to make on time payments. Money, I use to have to hand write the checks and buy postage, and that is included in our service.
