Great product!

I like the best the 2 way sync between Mineral Tree and Quickbooks. Nothing! I think the system works very well with our volume and needs. Excessive data entry into GL.

Very Good Business Decision

Our use of MineralTree has greatly reduced the paperwork involved in processing A/P. Our company has a number of people that are required to approve invoices which means tracking invoices is almost impossible. MineralTree give me the power to see which invoices have been distributed and who has not approved their invoices. My vendor statements RARELY have any past due invoice. Love Mineral Tree

Great not having paper everywhere, and having a software that stores and organizes everything. Its a very clean and easy to use system. The dashboard is a great tool There are still some minor errors. Sync errors mostly.All always get fixed by MT customer service, but sometimes a hassle to keep calling for help. Great for A/P

Use their services for A/P and it is easy to use and connects with the in house accounting software. Certain changes related to A/P invoices have to be completed manually. Were very helpful in streamlining the A/P process and reducing costs.

MineralTree makes my life easier

I love being able to send approvals through MineralTree. Before, I had to scan everything in, email it, and stalk that email until it was returned to me. There were many times when co-workers would add other information, questions, etc. that I didn't want to be in the email thread. This way it's clear and concise with the ability to add notes that only apply to that invoice. I can also pre-code everything to keep our budget in line. Fantastic AP Automation Solution

Mineral Tree's interface is very user friendly. It is easy to navigate and is intuitive to use. It also automated our payment process for our vendors. You are unable to process vendor credits in Mineral Tree. Instead you need to process the credit in your main AP system and have it sync to Mineral Tree. Great, Easy to Use Service

MineralTree provides a simple, easy to navigate solution for the organization and payment of Accounts Payables. There are easily customized controls to meet each organization's needs. Approving many payments at once can be cumbersome We were trying to simplify our Accounts Payable processing and MineralTree did that for us.

the accounts payable process has become so much easier. The accounting department has ease of posting to GL. The approver for payment can see all documents. This work can be completed on my schedule. The internet speed is sometimes a problem Remember that services is an annual fee - no monthly payments - so be confident on your transaction counts The authorized signer is spending less time in the signing and approval of the vendor bills

Very User Friendly

Mineral Tree is a great software for paperless accounting. Everything you need from posting to paying is at your fingertips. Very efficient and easy to use. Invoices are accurately captured and very minimal work is left for the accounting individual to do after. Can't really say there is much that is not helpful in Mineral Tree.
