So many features were behind Netsuite
They mailed all our payments for us which saved us time and money. They were behind the updates that Netsuite provided and was not able to handle multi subsidiaries like we had originally expected. What business problems are you solving with the product? Reduced time by mailing our payments

Works - mostly
I like that my boss who is the only signer and travels can approve payments wherever he's at. Also that half the work is done by the behind the scenes team who fills in as much detail as possible the night before I look at them. It's still a work in progress. Still bugs being worked out. Some things are not as intuitive as they should be. Credit memos are not easy for one. What business problems are you solving with the product? Vendors getting paid more timely so they are happy. AP Automation Saves the Day
The approval workflow has been a great improvement upon our previous process and the invoice capture has been a big-time saver. There were a few kinks in the initial set-up but the support team was very helpful throughout the process. The available reporting is somewhat limited but they are working on it.
