What do you like best about Mineral? I have used a few HR online sites and ThinkHR has been one of the best for me. It is simple to use and have additional tools that is included without additional cost. As a non-profit organization, having a program that includes several key learning guides at no additional cost is such a help. The catalog of course is comprehensive for what we need. The dashboard is very helpful when you are looking at who has completed training.
