"I love all the different trainings"
What do you like best about Mineral? For me, assigning training based on the position and the experience of each associate is very valuable for their growth. Being able to see what trainings have been taken and ask the associate if it was beneficial for them.

They have a basic one started, so it is easy to tailor it to your specific company needs. You can easily go in and make changes. Alerts that also come through of possible changes that need to be made to your handbook based on new and changing laws are a great feature.
