What do you like best about Mineral? I love how helpful everyone is. I had trouble with the harassment prevention training i didn't know how to create a user and set up a new training i called and they sent me an detailed step by step on how to send out this training to all employees. I really appreciate that.

What do you like best about Mineral? The Handbook builder was a great tool to revamp our *outdated* handbook. I was wanting to put the handbook in more plain language that all of my employees could understand. This was a great tool to accomplish the task.

What do you like best about Mineral? It's easy to use. We utilize it mainly to create and maintain our Employee Handbooks. Mineral is easy to use and allows us to stay in compliance. If we have any organizational updates or changes, we can easily update and keep our team members connected to updates.

What do you like best about Mineral? I primarily utilize Mineral for the online training. The training is excellent for new hires, as well as refresher courses. What do you dislike about Mineral?

What do you like best about Mineral? There are mulitple items I would say I like "best'. The Mineral 'Question of Week' is always applicable to my organization. These weekly emails help me rely on Mineral as a valuable resource to keep me up to date on all facets of my responsibility. A weekly email that provides value to my job is a great tool, and I would not consider it "spam" as I do with other resources. "Great tool. Most helpful with compliance and labor law updates."

What do you like best about Mineral? I like that when I go to Mineral for the latest labor law information, I usually get the latest. If a law is really new, there may not be compliance help for it yet, but there is probably at least an article about it. I also love being able to download sample documents/templates that I can use to help create documents and forms for my company. No reinventing the wheel.
