"Great at answering my questions"

What do you like best about Mineral? Very responsive to my questions. EAch time I email them, I have a response back typically within 24 hours. This is very acceptable to me.

What do you like best about Mineral? For me, assigning training based on the position and the experience of each associate is very valuable for their growth. Being able to see what trainings have been taken and ask the associate if it was beneficial for them.

What do you like best about Mineral? It's easy to use. We utilize it mainly to create and maintain our Employee Handbooks. Mineral is easy to use and allows us to stay in compliance. If we have any organizational updates or changes, we can easily update and keep our team members connected to updates.

What do you like best about Mineral? I like going to Mineral for my knowledge check because it's not just a regional source. You find information nationwide and get news on current events. I recommend Mineral for their education and accuracy.

What do you like best about Mineral? I love how helpful everyone is. I had trouble with the harassment prevention training i didn't know how to create a user and set up a new training i called and they sent me an detailed step by step on how to send out this training to all employees. I really appreciate that.

What do you like best about Mineral? The Handbook builder was a great tool to revamp our *outdated* handbook. I was wanting to put the handbook in more plain language that all of my employees could understand. This was a great tool to accomplish the task.

What do you like best about Mineral? There are mulitple items I would say I like "best'. The Mineral 'Question of Week' is always applicable to my organization. These weekly emails help me rely on Mineral as a valuable resource to keep me up to date on all facets of my responsibility. A weekly email that provides value to my job is a great tool, and I would not consider it "spam" as I do with other resources.
