What do you like best about Mineral? Whenever I have a question on government rules and filings, I can find the answer with Mineral. This comes in handy with all the new regulations coming from the state level more so than from the federal government.

What do you like best about Mineral? Mineral offers everything an HR professional could need as a reference resource and support tool. The informational areas are excellent when researching employment laws and compliance requirements to build policies. The handbook builder is top-notch for small HR teams (or HR department-of-ones), and the learning platform has fantastic delivered content for compliance training as well as supplemental development modules.

What do you like best about Mineral? I like that the information is right at your fingertips. You do not have to look far. Once you set your company up with the correct state information, they automatically populate the current and new laws for you which is great it cuts down on you looking for the information.
